Life is full of practices: we learn how to eat and nourish ourselves; the upkeep of that is a practice. As infants, we learn to sleep and as we move through life, we continue to practice those skills. Being living beings, we learn how to relax and we learn how to relate. Healing, too, is a skill. One that, perhaps, we have less experience in practicing.

Practical Healing Arts is an avenue into yourself: a way to incorporate your mind, body, and spirit as an expression of your well-being.
